Pointe Grand Brunswick Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Pointe Grand Brunswick. The staff is genuinely helpful and always quick to respond whenever something comes up. Maintenance is fast, the property is well kept, and everyone in the office is easy to talk to and actually cares about the residents. It’s been a smooth, stress-free place to live and I’m really glad I chose this complex. Plus the new staff is amazing! Definitely recommend this place to any and everyone!

Kai was EXCEPTIONAL. The professionalism is top tier. I highly recommend. I’ve been in and out of the state on business and due to the most recent storm, I’ve been bad with communicating myself but Kai still helped as much as he could and made sure to update me throughout this whole process. I’m so grateful.

I recently moved to one of the Pointe Grande Brunswick villa, I couldn't be happier. The front office staff are always present in good manner and helpful. The neighborhoods are quiet ans maintenance team very responsive. Great job to the management team.

Erin is absolutely INCREDIBLE! She helped with everything we needed immediately, she was considerate, kind, I mean literally an ANGEL! We came in stressed with our lease, and she eased our minds, answered every question, and stayed later for us to make sure every box was checked. HIGHLY recommend!
