I have been a resident here for a few months now and they have been nothing but welcoming since my arrival. I have a large dog and a young son. Everyone here has been so friendly and even though every apartment almost has animals you would never be able to tell because you do not often hear them since the apartments seem to be very well insulated. The dog grooming station really sets them apart from all other apartment complexes. I had searched through many different apartments before coming to this one and none had a dog grooming station and a dog park. Another great aspect of this place is that they have a built-in washer and dryer in each apartment which is also another uncommon find.
