Pointe at Research Park Apartments

If I could rate this apartment a 0, I absolutely would. There’s honestly so much wrong that it’s hard to know where to start. First, the management is extremely disorganized. They constantly call residents about things, but when you call them back, no one answers. It seems like there are only two people working in the office most days, which makes communication nearly impossible. The cleanliness and upkeep are also very poor. I can’t remember the last time the carpet in the hallway outside the apartments was actually cleaned. The clubhouse coffee machine is almost always out of something, and it rarely gets restocked. When we first moved in, multiple things in the apartment were broken. Management said they would fix them, but repairs took an excessive amount of time and were often done

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at The Point at Research Park Apartments. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff here truly make it feel like home. A special shoutout to the maintenance supervisor — he’s incredibly prompt, friendly, and thorough with every request. No matter how small the issue, he handles it quickly and makes sure everything is taken care of properly. It’s rare to find someone so dependable and professional, and his attention to detail really stands out. The office staff are also fantastic — always professional, courteous, and willing to help with anything from packages to lease questions. It’s clear they care about the residents and take pride in keeping everything running smoothly. Overall, I highly recommend The Point at Research Park

Richard was amazing, professional, and informative! The property was nice, and I really enjoyed the location. I would have became a resident, but the property manager was my final decision not to move forward. I had a 2nd appointment to come view a unit that would potentially be mine, and when I arrived the doors were locked, and I had to be let in my the maintenance personnel on site. I waited for 30 minutes while the property manager had phone calls and other residents walk in. Not once was I approached by her, or given a "hey I'll be right with you". When I let her know I'll have to reschedule because I had to return to work, her first response was that I could just reschedule online. Top Tier I have visited a few places in my lifetime and I can truthfully say The Leasing agent Richard totally made this an amazing tour he doesn’t just give you good customer service he gives you an experience!!! He’s informative, very knowledgeable, kind, outgoing, personable while still very professional and his passion for what he does exudes through his pores. If you were to come in there with no excitement about apartment hunting baby Richard will change all of that lol. For me communication is very important when residing at a place and Richard ensured that he is here to assist every step of the way. This tour was hands down my favorite!
