Pointe 400 Luxury Apartments

Today I drove from WI to St. Louis to tour apartments for my sons. One is completing the last few months of training for the federal government and the other is a student at UMSL. Our 6th apartment tour of our visit was at Pointe 400. Our tour was scheduled via the website a week ago and we received confirmation. At the beginning of the tour, the lady who greeted us immediately stated that they didn't have any apartments available and stated that we would have to look closer to the time of our expected move in (which isn't until May 1st). She then started telling the prices of units coming available, which were corner apartments, and other costs associated with living at Pointe 400. She stated the information as if it would be a deterrent for us. I explained to her that we are proactively

Beautiful views of downtown, Busch stadium, the Arch and the river. Common balcony on floor 13 is perfect to watch gorgeous sunrises, fog, July 4th fireworks and the river flowing by endlessly. Spacious 2-bedroom apartment that we lived in was quiet, and very comfortable. Maintenance was quick to fix issues. Kellie and Nancy are very friendly and helpful. Amazon Hub is great for UPS and Amazon packages even if you are out of town for days. Decent gym, free coffee, a wonderful club room you can rent for private events, beautiful lobby, secure doors, gated parking lot plus secure garage. There are lots of creature comforts here. If you live on the downtown side, you will have to get used to a lot of noise from bikers, car clubs showing off, ambulance, fire trucks, cop cars. But that's just

When I first toured this place I was in love !!!! Spacious apartments, large windows, hardwood floors, a minute walk to the arch grounds, and more including the layout for the kitchen. I have been living here for two years and my husband and I enjoy it overall. It’s peaceful for us and yes I’m still in love with our place. I appreciate the new management for working to fix problems and work with what was either undone or never done by old management. My only concern is wishing they had more cameras. I think all downstown St. Louis apartments should definitely have tons of security cameras. I think this would be so helpful for them. I have lived in this building since mid 2019. It was mediocre and problematic at times but worked well for me as far as location and apartment size and configuration. We had various management changes and saw no real improvements until the most recent team arrived. The new management team is stellar. I feel as if I am living in a completely different building. This building always had wonderful potential, but thanks to the efforts of the new staff, it’s finally being realized. Thanks to Christy, Nancy and the rest of the team, Pointe 400 is a great place to call home!
