Horrible leasing experience from them. I rented the apartment nearly 4 years & left the apartment in pristine condition. Received 0$ deposit after paying to paint and moving out before the 1st they held my deposit although no one responded to me when I told them I had moved out. They also will expect you to handle pests and most repairs on your own while you live there & refuse to handle any issues with neighbors. Photos of how I left the apartment on August 31st attached. They claim I lived there until September 8th although they ignored anything I sent them regarding having moved out. Absolute crooks with no regard for hardworking single parents. Worst rental company I have dealt with in my 15 years of renting. And this is the first time my deposit was ever held. Not to mention according

Maddy was absolutely amazing with guiding me into a new home. She was super patient, informative and made me feel so welcomed here. Cara also helped me finish up getting into our place and her communication is 1000%%!!! Thank you so much!!

Man , where to start at......these people are some rude and straight up liars. I went to court today and whoever the male representative was in the court did nothing but spew b.s. lies from the moment he opened his mouth. Lol. I was able to tell the truth to the judge each time though. I've never even met this guy but he seemed to think he knew everything about me but didn't know anything whatsoever. Tried to say the place I live at is condemned which was a bold face lie, they told me I had 14 days to move out and was supposed to had a spot for me and I did all the paperwork necessary for them to put a letter on my door not even 24 hours later telling me that day no longer wants to rent to me. So he tells the judge that because I had a number of animals which was not true I had a friend's

We moved into our home in July this year and they’ve been great! Repairs are fixed fast. We needed a new fridge—they sent one quick. Staff is helpful and understanding. Move-in was easy. Highly recommend—if your past is an issue, just be honest and explain.

Since Point Management has taken over the ownership of my house, everything has been grate. Clay and Cara in the office are amazing clay makes sure everything is taken care of, anytime I call the office Cara makes sure all my questions are answered. She notates everything and makes sure it’s all covered. Now the maintenance guy Marcus. He is absolutely amazing. All his work is efficient and very persistent. He knows what he’s doing. I never have to call twice for the same issue as soon as I put in a maintenance request they’re responding to me that day at the very latest the next day. Everybody their Is very hospitable and polite with great communication. This by far is the best leasing experience that I’ve had since I’ve started Renting.
