Point Loma Bay Apartments

I have lived at Point Loma Bay Apartments for a few years and since Whittington took over management the change has been amazing. The apartments are being remodeled, the property is always kept clean, and there is security patrol so you no longer see homeless people wandering around. The staff here is wonderful. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and Alejandra and Jorge are always so friendly and helpful. They truly make the community feel welcoming. Even though Nimitz Blvd is close by, it is a very quiet place to live and you really don’t hear the street noise. Overall it is a peaceful, well taken care of community with a great team. I really enjoy living here.

Management is so nice!! They recently renovated the staircases, which look great. I love that the community is pet friendly and always well maintained. I just wish they would add screen doors for the summer to enjoy the breeze. It truly is a wonderful place to live.

I’ve had a great experience living at Point Loma Bay Apartments. Alejandra, the on-site manager, is always friendly, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Jorge does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly—he’s quick to fix any issues and always makes sure things are in great shape. I feel happy and safe living here with my daughter. It’s a peaceful, well-maintained community that really feels like home.

Great place to live! The on site team will take care of whatever you need and are super chill. The neighbors are pretty chill overall most people keep to themselves and are respectful of each other. A little noisy being next to Nimitz but it wasn’t a huge issue for me. Overall you’ll definitely enjoy your time here!
