My hardwood floors were not in great condition, so Joseph helped me pick out new floors with his vendors and I love them. We hired Joseph and his team to help sell our condo in DC. Our condo was previously rented and the tenant moved out in the middle of the pandemic. Joseph not only put together a pricing strategy that got us a full-price offer in 3 days and he was there every step of the way as we renovated our home the month prior to listing.
