Outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire team was incredibly friendly, responsive, and made what is usually a stressful process feel seamless and easy. We were on a very tight deadline due to the seller going out of town, and they completed a full title review and all services within an impressive 72-hour turnaround. Their efficiency, professionalism, and clear communication truly stood out. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying a property and would use them again without hesitation.

We chose this company based on a recommendation from our realtor rather than the one suggested by our mortgage company, and unfortunately that was a mistake. I traveled from Utah to Pennsylvania for closing and was only then told that original notarized documents were required — something we were never advised to bring. This caused a stressful scramble for my wife back in Utah to re-sign, re-notarize, and overnight documents just to keep the closing on track. After closing, I also never received copies of the closing documents that were supposed to be provided in a folder. When I followed up, I received one response and then no further communication. Overall, the process was disorganized and frustrating. I would recommend using a different company.

She replied me every time by phone or email within 10 seconds, keeping me informed of the status of my situation regarding the closing I was trying to expiate. I am more than sure once or twice when she replied my email she was doing it on her personal time since it was early in the morning before her office open.
