I had an issue with an open permit a year after closing and Kevin Powlette who was my title agent went above and beyond to help me navigate through this issue. I’ve had several issues with my realtor, mortgage lender, and the seller throughout this whole process and Kevin was the only one involved who made things easier for me. Everyone at Monroe Abstract has been very professional and responsive whenever I had any questions even after closing. I definitely recommend using Monroe Abstract!
