Poblana Place Apartments

I've been very happy the small amount of time I've been here. I think the price is very competitive given the location, space, age and appliances of the apartment. I really enjoy having a covered place to park my vehicle as well and I've felt very safe here. My room is brand new and very clean. The appliances are modern and sleek. I like that I don't have to pay extra for things like a pool or gym. Rachel was very helpful and understanding when moving in and I have had 0 issues with anything in my apartment. I've always been treated fairly and have never felt ignored. My only grip is I wish the community here was more active at cleaning up after themselves but I think it'll get better. Other than that I'm incredibly happy to be here.

A wonderful apartment complex, with stunning sunrise and sunset views. I've been here since June 2025. The complex is quiet and small, with the majority of residents being professionals and/or military who are polite neighbors. I find it to be conveniently located near Old Town & Uptown ABQ. Management is always friendly and welcoming, especially Rachel M. She is always either greeting me with a smile as I enter the complex or waving bye as I leave for work, wishing me well. Rachel helped me to choose my apartment complex, showing me several apartments on different floors with various price ranges. She then took her time, and patiently helped me setup my utilities from within the front desk office, because I had just moved to ABQ. I am excited to view the International Balloon Festival

Hope has always been amazing with us. But my reasoning for the low rating on these apartments is because it’s not properly maintained. The hallways and stairs are always dirty and never cleaned. The way to access your apartment can be inconvenient. They provide you with a key fob and if you accidentally forget it your pretty much locked out of your apartment until you wait for someone else to come in and piggy back behind of. When we signed we were told “there is enough parking for 2 vehicles” then they started enforcing only 1 parking pass leaving me to parking one vehicle outside on the street. For the price we paid it seemed very unreasonable. The fire alarms went off 2 times while living there and the trash chutes were always disgusting. For the price you pay , it’s very unreasonable.

apartment itself is nice, but mgmt isn't! not in a very safe part of town. my car was broken into and management did not want to watch camera footage of the parking garage. 10 months later and they still haven't said anything. a dog was loose in the building and attacked my cat. the owner said the dog was able to pull the door handle down by itself but when I told this to management they acted like I was lying. when I had this emergency it was very hard to get in contact with management on the weekend. was told when i first moved in that guests could park in uncovered spots, but they changed the rule when I lived there and only gave one parking pass per apartment. Yes, if you have a partner that you live with, one of you will have to park on the street. they will tow your car if you don

An amazing apartment complex! Very safe as it has gated parking that doesn’t need a PIN so it can’t just be given out to anyone. The rooftop is so cool- you can see everything from there! Inside the hallways are very open so it feels very spacious. The natural lighting from the windows too is just perfect. This is definitely the best apartment that me and my wife have ever lived in. The floor plan is big enough for our little dogs to run around and play with each other so that is a really big plus! Rachel is super nice and helped us throughout the whole moving process. Overall a good place to call home!
