I called on a Tuesday and the appt was the next day, results in 3 days. Not expensive at all compared to other places. I'm in the process of selling my house and wanted to know the value/worth before I put it on the market. Very happy with the results! The appraisal was low cost, as was the appraised value. The estimate was on the lower side of the range given for my property. An investor of all types of buyers offered me more than $20k more than the appraised value calculated by William Lopez. Beware that this appraiser sent someone to take pictures and didn’t even bother to come to the house, and will estimate your home low, if my experience is any guide. I requested for digital copies of pics in the appraisal and a printed copy of the same, and was told by William that he would send that. It never happened. Their claims that they mailed it or that they emailed the pictures are false. They are probably using fake reviews to pump up their rating. Notice how these reviewers have a single review at the time they were made. 👎🏻
