I rented a property through PMI Wiregrass as I was stationed at Ft. Rucker for flight school. They made the rental process seamless and easy and were always quick to reply when I had questions. Any time I had maintenance to be done, they were there quick and fixed the issues with no problems. Every person I spoke with at this rental group was professional and kind, always keeping the best interest of the renter in mind. When it came time to PCS they were extremely easy to work with, and I would recommend this rental group to any Military member!

Should do better screening on the tenants. Tenants stopped paying rent, then left our house very damaged. Will Haddon breached our contract and just scheduled repairs for an outrageous amount of money and presented us a 12k bill. We never saw an estimate or okayed it. Since we are military and over 4000 miles away it was a nightmare. Our realtor also said we weren’t the only ones who had issues. We also got emails where we got cussed out by Will. I have proof… He then proceeded to put a (false) lien on our house which cost us a lot of money for a lawyer to get that removed in order to sell our house. NEVER AGAIN Military folks!! Stay away from that shady business

The team at PMI was encouraging and seemed to understand the urgency and stress a catastrophe places on a family. Each request we made was fielded expertly and professionally. When they needed the homeowner's input, they got it and immediately let us know. Arranging to see the house was convenient and added no pressure to our hectic schedules. When we expressed our interest in signing a lease, we had the lease by the end of the day. They answered a few questions as quickly as anyone could expect.
