the apartments themselves aren’t too bad, but the renting company forrest and fields is beyond horrendous absolutely terrible experience with these scammers, charged me $60 dollars because i let a pair of my shoes dry out outside my door, when my lease ended i left it MUCH better than how i found it with proof and they still took every dollar of my deposit, and added on 160 dollars because I “supposedly” left a few hangars in a closet, these people are pieces of trash and will suck every penny they can out of you, do not rent from tnem.

Why are tenants having trouble receiving a professional reply in a timely manner on Emergency Rental Assistance. Is this a form of redlining? Will change stars when there aren’t problems with responding to potential tenants and tenants. They give you the run around on the simplest matters. Are you screening minority tenants?

Forrest and Fields out of Dothan, AL manage these apartments. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! These people don't care about the tenants or about fixing anything correctly. After living here for two years they gave us a letter to terminate our lease with no explanation of why. When we asked them why we were told that they just decided not to renew our lease. We never missed a payment. NOT even during this pandemic!!! Right here when school is starting and no where to find a place available to live, they are throwing a DISABLED person, his wife, and TWO small children OUT ON THE STREETS!!! NOT TO MENTION COVID IS RUNNING RAMPID AGAIN!!!

The new owners do not care about the tenants. We gave them 6 months to fix the upstairs floors because they sounded as if the neighbors were going to fall thru on us. They promised and never did anything...would rather try to rid of you and hope they get someone to rent after you that won't say anything hopefully. There's usually trash everywhere and it takes forever to get any help if you have an emergency.
