PMI Little Town

PMI Little Town goes above and beyond for their owners, as well as their tenants. We have enjoyed working on various property maintenance projects with them!

TLDR: Reliable and Respectful Property Managment II've been a PMI Little Town tenant for two years. Michael, Sally, and Della have been fantastic! They consistently address work orders promptly and haven't given me or my roommates any trouble when requesting maintenance. Unlike many property managers, PMI treats tenants fairly according to the lease. This has been evident even with major repairs or appliance replacements due to the property's age. It's refreshing to experience a company that follows through on promises. When we moved in, PMI had just taken over management of the home from another company. We had concerns (likely from prior management's neglect) about landscaping, a storm door, and an interior ceiling fan. Michael assured us PMI would address them before our lease starte

OWNERS AND RENTERS Watch out for this shady company! Was having issues getting ahold of them and having them out to repair a leak that was coming from the ceiling in the bathroom. After about 6+ weeks of them giving me the run around saying I’d hear from their vendor the owner of the actual property reached out and finally got it all taken care of and due to their negligence she fired them as her property management company (this all happened right near the end of my lease so keep in mind they didn’t do any follow up work on the property it was all done by the property owner). So now fast forward three weeks later and they try to charge me 1000 dollars upon returning my deposit for cleaning and carpet cleaning (which mind you I have a carpet cleaner and did so before I left).

When I first began the application process, Michael was very friendly and accommodating. I was given a tour of the property about two weeks before move in and saw they were still working on making some renovations. I was assured these would be completed before my move in date. I ended up asking if I could begin moving some boxes two days early, to which they accommodated (but not without adding those days to my monthly at a prorated amount. That’s typical but it is just to say no GREAT favor was done here.) When I began moving some boxes, I noticed none of the renovations were touched in the two weeks since last there. There were tools out, dry way pieces against one of the bedroom walls, and large amounts of insulation needing to be installed hanging out. The unit was still filthy, with

Michael is a true professional and a very kind person. He is so passionate about what he does. As a military officer I’m constantly on the move, and I wouldn’t trust just anyone to look over my property. Michael has surpassed all of my expectations, and I highly recommend his services. Try him out, and you will not be disappointed!
