If I could give 0 stars I would. We signed a 12 month lease and during the last month (October) we moved out of state but paid rent for the full month so we could take our time moving and cleaning. Little did I know the property was in FORECLOSURE THE WHOLE YEAR because the landlord was POCKETING OUR RENT MONEY and never ONCE paid a payment towards the mortgage. We went to clean the unit and the locks had been changed and our property there STOLEN. Not to mention when I contacted Joe, he read my messages and ignored me, instead having the bank that foreclosed on the property call me after he told them “We have a problem. They paid for October and still live there and yall changed the locks.” This company and Joe are CROOKS AND WILL STEAL RIGHT FROM YOU.

This guy is a complete unprofessional, we were evicted and he met us with nothing but hostility and keeps calling the cops. Out stuff is already out and we are just trying to get it moved. The people he hired to move out belongings completely trashed everything and even killed one of our pets. Y'all get an attorney ready if you feel any situation going the wrong way. Complete trash.

Takes forever to deal with important maintenance issues. Refuses to accept responsibility for property loss, after their negligence caused a ceiling to collapse. Pocketed the insurance claim for personal property.

Joe helped me purchased my new home.
