Plymouth Meeting Apartments

Have lived here 12 years and enjoy it all 12. I have to keep reminding myself that nothing is perfect but this is probably as close as I'm going to get. I'm not used to living in an apartment but I'm planning on staying here as long as I can. I'm generally found Friendly staff, great maintenance response, a nice and comfortable different kind of layout for the buildings than what is usual, which makes it much more comfortable and much more charming. I just wish people would treat these apartments more like their home instead of just leaving garbage and their dog waste anywhere they want. I am constantly picking up after other tenants (and found most come from other complexes on walks). I just wish that more people would be responsible for the area we call home. My basement is constantly getting wet. The last time the sewer had backed up and there was 2 - 3 inches of sewage and water covering the floor. The smell came up into my apartment. When I had called the after hours for maintenance, this young kid showed up. He had to call the man that was in charge. (And he's not worth a piece of toilet paper to clean myself up with). The previous maintenance man was great. He showed up quickly when you had an issue. He went above and beyond. The maintenance man we have now sometimes fails to show up. And when he does, he takes his time getting there. And he doesn't do a thorough job

I am a current resident and if I could leave less than 1 star I would. Our laundry machine has been broke for over a month, and is frequently not working. The landlord refuses to do anything to address the problem. I want to move out but in a lease and would never recommend moving here to anyone

Never lived here but my friend does and has for 3 years so....
