I have rented off them since 2019. I have to be honest, I was worried by all the bad reviews that we would have a terrible time but I can’t say anything but absolute good things.. if something was messed up they was always quick to send someone out. The ladies in the office are absolutely the best. Always enjoyed going in to speak with them. If you’re a good tenant they’ll treat you accordingly.. don’t pay attention to the bad reviews.. you get what you put into this world, that goes for anything.

This is a fantastic property management company they go above and beyond for there clients. We moved in with them and we are super excited we did everything maintenance wise is being addressed accordingly. If you take care the property and communicate they will take care of you without a doubt. The office personnel is absolutely amazin. We plan to be renters here for a while. The whole process was very very easy they were very upfront and honest. If I could give them ten stars I would I have definitely told people I know looking for places to go thru them. 10/10 highly recommend

I wouldn't even give them one star. They are horrible. Have had nothing but problems with them since they bought the property next door. They refuse to accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance. I had to notify the local EPA of several violations. The house caught on fire due to their negligence. The tenant was sleeping and barely got out alive. The company informed her that she had to get any possessions that were salvageable out in less that 2 weeks. They treat neighbors and tenants poorly.

I rented from them a few years ago. They were ok about getting stuff fixed but when I moved out, they COMPLETELY screwed me. They charged me to re-grout the shower walls? Repaint every room? I made sure this place looked extra nice before I handed over the keys so I could get my deposit back. They charged me for things that are considered maintenance upkeep. Previous owners had a dog that chewed the door in the basement. Yup I got charged for that… I didn’t even have a dog. What did I learn from this? Always take pictures on day 1 even of the silly things and hold the landlord accountable. Or they will hold you accountable when it’s time to leave. That’s some shady business. Yeah I didn’t get my deposit back because they charged $600 to repaint the walls? $500 to re grout the shower walls?

They don’t want to repair anything. They falsely accuse their tenants of damages from previous tenants. My roof is caving in and they refuse to replace it . I have a water leakage in my kitchen been 3 weeks since they failed inspection no one has even tried to contact me . They will not communicate. Do not rent from them . Didn’t even live here 3 weeks and was served with a 14 day eviction. The eviction was for a window someone else broke like stated . 875 $ they tried to get for renters insurance that don’t even cost that much a year . Their lease is set to only satisfy there landlord not the tenant. They’re money hungry and do not care about their tenants. They will bring their whole family in your house while you’re not home .
