Highland Ridge Apartments

I have rented here for past couple years and I have nothing but good things to say. Stefany is awesome and truly cares about the residents here. The maintenance team is extremely nice and are quick to fix any issues that arise. Pool is a nice area to relax, the dog park is cute, and the sand volleyball court is a plus. Highly recommend renting from Highland Ridge!

My boyfriend and I have been here for a few months now and we absolutely love it. Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful, and the maintenance crew is amazing! They fix whatever it is the day of. The complex also has a little dog park that our dogs enjoy on a daily basis! Totally recommend living here if you are looking for an apartment!

This place was ridiculous. Liked it for the whole time living here with little problems throughout. But management became an issue as we moved out. They forgot to send us a document indicating that we wanted to move out and charged us an extra month of rent for it! Even though they said that it was their mistake and they would take care of it and not charge us for it. I thought wrong. Bad bad bad.

In all my years of renting and working on rental properties, I can't think of a single management team that cares more about the people. As a renter and 3rd-party service tech, Ive seen it all, but when repairs ran longer than expected for a resident that just had surgery, Stefany offered to run to the grocery store on her own time to make sure that person could get their errands done and still be present for the repairs. It's really nice to see a property manager who sees through the customer to the person.

This has been such a great place to live over the last 2 years. The maintenance is always taken care of in a timely manner and I have never had any issues with any of the office staff. They have had a couple of transitions in staff over my time here and they have handled those transitions very well. Kayla is very informative and keeps everyone in the loop on any changes in the complex. The apartments are perfect for a starter home and I have loved my time here.
