09/06/2025 late fees came back for rent no one received notice until 9/10/2025. Maintenance do not leave notice upon entry or exit when coming to your unit. Management sends out late yet important information that puts tenants in an uncomfortable space. I don’t even be home no more. I just watch them come and go on camera. When I’m not there they definitely be all in there. Documents will be provided to the courts.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this is not the property you want to move on tenant rights are being violated. Maintenance are entering unit without notifying tenants advance, which is Non-Emergency situations, from property manager Miss, Garner, when it comes to unlawful behavior towards tenants! when reaching out to her boss Miss, Jovon or corporate nothing is being done when to resolve the situations! And asking to get in contact with the owner of the property. No one wanna leave his information or Number to resolve some of these unlawful behavior situations, inappropriate, disrespectful, issues from property Manager, Miss Gardner you will have a hard time getting in touch with the owner! You definitely get treated unfairly and rudely when on public housing assistance! With Pleasant

I actually loved this place and the grounds were well-kept. I love the apartment. Maintenance was great. The leasing consultant were great and helpful. The problem is when you come in contact with that rude assistant manager. She's nice at first, to get you in there. But when you have an issue, she becomes rude, unprofessional and untolerable. I literally had to asked her to stop harassing me via phone and email. And I work in property management so I know what she was doing was wrong and illegal. But it made me not even want to fight for my unit after dealing with her. I just turned in my keys. I don't care what issue came along, as a manager, you should always remain professional. But this was a great quiet place to live besides the manager nasty attitude

DO NOT MOVE HERE! THEY HAVE A BED BUG INFESTATION. Property management does not care because it’s subsidized housing so they just expect you to deal with it. I’ve missed work my daughter has missed school due to this ongoing issue and all they can offer is a temporary fix for something that’s greatly impacting my life ! Update: a year later still dealing with the same issues!
