Eastern Avenue Apartments

I live here and it's terrible nobody gets anything done they don't care if it's only something they could fix they will fix it when they want to. The dryer in my apartment has been broke for months they were suppose to order a piece that has never came suppose to order a new washer and dryer that hasn't came either. It's unacceptable how they want people to pay rent but they never do their own jobs.

This is by far one of the worst places to live. When maintenance work is needed to be done in your unit they take their time to come in to fix it, the staff in the office is very unprofessional. They display very poor communication and they'll tell you that you're behind on your rent when in fact you are not. I have experienced this on several occasions along with others in the community. I've tried speaking with a supervisor but always got a unexplained response as to why there isn't one. I've even tried looking up the corporate information but have never succeeded in finding any information on that either. Also, there's always people outside the apartments complex pacing up and down the street prostituting and breaking into vehicles. Someone made an attempt to steal my vehicle on multi

This place is worried about the wrong stuff my toilet has been making noise sounds like a construction site is using a jack hammer when I flush my toilet then have the nerve to be worried about people having pets they need to get there shit together I went to the office and called and no one has been to my unit yet

Been there all my life mother still stay around there I want to come home I want one of them apartment.
