Plaza West Apartments

I see all bad reviews when I first moved here in 2019. The building was everything that was my first time moving into my own place and I loved it. I moved two years later to get more space

If I could give Plaza West one star I would. To begin, anyone leaving a positive review about living at Plaza West is not telling YOU the truth. Plaza West is the absolute worst community to live at. Columbus Property Management has the most incompetent employees. The management company does NOT care about the residents only their rent payments. The residents do not take pride in where they live, therefore, you will frequently see trash left everywhere. Everyday there are multiple domestic disputes and random people coming and going. If you love yourself and or your family DO NOT LEASE at Plaza West!

The girl in the office. The short one has an attitude issue. Shes always thinks that shes better then the people who are in here and treat them like you know what... the management doesn't care about the people who lives here. They only care about how much money they will get between the 1st and the 5th

Don’t move here they don’t do nothing but ask for your rent money they fix stuff on they time roaches mouse’s is all over this building it’s not safe in here I killed five mouse’s in two days one was in my pot my refrigerator been broke for two weeks now and no one came up here to fix it and I pay market rent

These are very nice apartments and the staff is very nice also walk to wall carpet,dish washer, washer and dryer in the building and elevator
