Plaza Terrace Apartments

Living here was okay, multiple things wrong with the place, the biggest joke of all is the quote on quote ‘repairs costs’ when moving out. Ridiculous costs to do minor minor things that the maintenance team is going to do anyway. I wouldn’t live there ever again if you want to actually “live” in the apartment

I had lived here for two years. I definitely will recommend this apartment to my friends. Good environment and good officers. Building gate are locked for security, parking lot need the remoter to open for security. Pest control on time, maintenance are great as well. Overall I will give 5 stars.

Look elsewhere. Horrific management and extremely thin walls. The doors are consistently broken where anyone could just walk in. Zero amenities. I would never recommended anyone rent from Plaza for Rent

management is poor. Walls are paper thin, you can hear every single conversation of your neighbors. Which meant fights between couples, moans and groans, music, etc. Margo is the manager and she is extremely rude and not friendly. Not a single experience with her is pleasant from day one. She acts too busy to answer questions. The rental company is very strict and if you make any mistakes they will charge you. There were a lot fess tacked on to my bill that could've been worked out prior, but with poor communication it didnt happen. $250 pet deposit, monthly pet rent, $100 late fees + $10/day for every day it's late, 60 day notice instead of usual 30 and if you don't send a 60 day they will charge you for the whole month past your the date your lease should be over.

Things I love: my apartment overall, free parking, pet policy, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, my neighbors, location, maintenance guys, KayKay Buchanan (leasing agent) is amazing Things I'm so over: a parking gate not working for over 6 months with no explanation, cars stolen and broken into from the lot and street parking, thin walls :/
