Just moved in and very happy with my beautiful renovated unit ,Valerie was awesome in helping me with finding my new home . Will recommend this place to others.

This review comes with regret, as I’ve loved living here for the past 3 years and the previous landlords/owners were amazing. They recently sold the property however to our new owner who lives out of state and uses Cornerstone Property Services Inc (Mesa, AZ) to manage our community. It’s only been 4 weeks and they’ve already done an amazing job at screwing all of the tenants. Anyone whose lease is ending or was on a month to month basis is now being evicted so the new owner can use the property as corporate business rentals. So I suppose their method to urge the other tenants to want to leave is by completely ignoring any maintenance responsibilities of the property. The pool has yet to be cleaned/serviced since they’ve taken over and has now gone into violation of Maricopa county green p

I would give this place a negative 5 stars if possible. The worst apartment experience I have ever witnessed in my entire life. The lack of communication was so bad it would seem as if someone tried to be that terrible at their job. The quality of this place is absolutely disgusting. The management team in control of this complex is by far the worst in Arizona. Upon moving in the apartment was covered in feces and urine. The amount mold in this building is extremely toxic and the building should be shut down. I can’t even imagine giving someone the keys to their new “home” knowing how unsanitary and unsafe this place is. The management team does not care about a single thing. not sure what all the complaints are for, place has been great. Even with new owners. I was even really late on my rent and they still worked with me, didn't even charge me a late fee when I did have it. Even besides that, it's been a good experience and one of my favorite apartments to live in with my family. I do understand the review complaining about not having a person to go to anymore and doing things by email, but honestly they reply my emails quick I was even in communication with them at 7-8PM resolving an issue. Not a bad place to live. Also, neighbors themselves have all been chill af and cool/friendly never an issue with a neighbor, unlike when I lived in Mesa

One star is way to kind, but that's the kind of person I am. Literally 23 days ago, Our former wonderful owner/landlords sold the property. Lets call them P&G. Who, put 8 years of hard labor renovating this property from abandonment, and did a wonderful job, including finding renters that became friends and family, and were proud to call Plaza Osborn our home and community. After a sale to Tony T Coelho and Linda K McBride of Glendale, CA who hired a property management company called Cornerstone Property Services out of Mesa, AZ, the complex has gone to hell.
