Plaza Gardenia Apartments

From the first day, I felt welcomed. The leasing office was so helpful and made moving in stress-free. My apartment is cozy, quiet, and full of natural light, which I absolutely love. The maintenance team is fast and friendly, and I really appreciate how clean and safe the complex feels. I've even gotten to know a few neighbors, and it's nice to have a little sense of community. If ever interested in moving and are looking for an apartment, please contact the leasing office; they are so nice and will walk you through the whole process.

The landlord of our current residence gave us a 3-month notice to vacate the property due to the sale of the building. I was feeling overwhelmed trying to find a new place with no success until I came across Plaza Gardenia. I spoke with the property manager, who was incredibly kind and understanding. She walked me through the entire process, even helping me complete the application right in her office, which made everything so much easier and took a huge weight off my shoulders. In the end, for various reasons, we ended up being able to stay where we are and didn’t have to move. Still, I want to express my sincere appreciation to the Plaza Gardenia management team for all their help and support during such a stressful time. Thank you so much!

My brother, who lives in the complex, recommended that I move closer to family. He assured me I would love the staff and units, and he was absolutely right. I visited last week for a tour and saw a unit similar to the one I’m moving into on the ground floor. It was absolutely beautiful. My favorite feature was the bathroom, which had brand-new tiles, a modern vanity, and an LED mirror. I’m not very tech-savvy, but the property manager was incredibly helpful. They guided me through the entire application process, including the Section 8 paperwork, which made everything so much easier. I officially move in this August, but I’m already so excited and can’t wait!

I’ve lived in this complex for several years, and I can honestly say the transformation since the new owners took over has been incredible. They’ve made much-needed improvements that truly make this place feel like home. In just one year, it feels like I’m living in an entirely different community. Any issues I’ve encountered have been resolved quickly and efficiently. When my stove was damaged, a brand new one was installed the very next day. After heavy rain brought bugs into my unit, pest control responded immediately—they come on a regular monthly schedule. I recently renewed my lease for another year, and I’m grateful to the property manager for consistently being attentive and responsive to my needs. Thank you for making this a great place to live.
