Plaza Court Apartments

Was going to rent an apartment through Whitaker holdings. Went through the process they said pets were fine no matter how many and everything but after I had already sent them a $60.00 cashapp fee they told me there was a 2 pet limit, which from there I made arrangements and would've only had to 2 pets which I told them and from then on there leaving me on read, ignoring my calls. If you ask me seems like there just scammers.

Enjoyed renting here with previous owners. New owners (Whitaker Holdings) haven't been good for any renter here at the apartments. They will screw you out of any deposit you put down. We still held a contract with previous ownership that transferred into Whiteaker Holdings ownership and they would not honor the contract. We were always on top of paying any rent and never caused any trouble here. Don't rent at St. Clair Plaza apartments, this new ownership (Whiteaker Holdings of Maryland Heights, MO) will screw you! Would love to change this rating if things are fixed.

My niece just moved in an apartment there it was pretty small for a 2 bedroom, but it was very clean and seemed to me they do a great job with the up-keep
