Franklin Financial is a great group of people to work with. I rented from them for a little over four years. All maintenance requests were handled promptly. They took care of their property and it was a calm place to live. They are very understanding and they are always willing to work with you! They worked with me when needed, and they were especially helpful during the hardest time of my life. All of the staff went above and beyond. I would recommend them to everyone!

If I could give no stars I would. I have tried reaching out 3 times, different times of the day about a home for sale. I gave my name and number to the same woman since she didn t know any info on the house and said only another woman there knew about it. I still have yet to receive a call back. Very poor experience from someone who was very interested

We Have used Franklin financial for the last 4 years and the ladys in the office are outstanding and John was great to work with would recommend anyone looking at buying or renting to check them out.

Excellent company to work with. Would give higher than a five star rating if possible. Highly recommend.
