My husband and I recently closed on our house with Platinum Title Partners. When we arrived, the secretary was not wearing a mask and put one on after she had already spoken to us, which completely defeats the purpose of the mask. The woman we worked with to close did not have a mask on until she came into the room with us and proceeded to tell us during our appointment that she believed masks were ineffective (a home closing is NOT the time to politicize a pandemic!). I had to come back the day after closing to get a refund check that was not issued to us on the day of closing because of Platinum Title's poor prior planning, and the secretary was not wearing a mask AGAIN until after she had spoken to me. I do not recommend this title company, especially to those who are high risk for COVI

Platinum Title Partners is a great title company. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a stream lined title policy transfer and on time closings.

The only thing they care about is making money off of closing a house. After that they could care less about the overall satisfaction and customer support. If you are purchasing a new build stay away!

Great experience, lovely office, very clear and helpful, they made a stressful process easy and smooth. Highly recommend! 5 stars!
