Platinum Luxury Apartments

I have been living at Platinum for more than a year now and it has been the best experience in term of place (very nice) and, above all, in term of management (awesome). The place is conveniently located in Nob Hill, very close to Central Ave and to shops but at the same time in a quiet street. I cannot be happier for the management: Brooke (the manager of the building) is very responsive and caring; she will do her best to solve problems, make things easier and arrange in a way that you will feel at home. This is very important. A big plus: the view cannot be beaten...

I love living here! After 6 months, I'm very happy. Nicole, the property manager, is amazing – always responsive and handles everything instantly. That excellent service sets The Platinum apart and makes the price worth it. The apartment itself is spacious and the complex is quiet. I feel safe, and the Nob Hill location is perfect for walks, food, and entertainment. I recommend checking it out for a tour!

Platinum Luxury Apartments has been my home for a few years now. Aside from being a stone's throw from the businesses in Nob Hill, the apartment staff work with you and are quick to respond! Brooke and Nicole are great, handle maintenence requests and questions promptly, and make living there sociable with resident events. It's the best apartment in the area for the price if you're looking for a walkable neighborhood! It's still behind Central, so just be careful of leaving anything in your car.

Great place to live. Been living here for close to 8 years. Management is very responsive. Amazing rooftop with gorgeous views of the mountains and 360 degree view of Albuquerque! You can even see the balloons during hot air balloon festival from the rooftop! Yoga room, pool table, elevator access, trash valet, gated parking lot all are added perks. Management hosts monthly resident events which are a lot of fun. Safe place to live. Onsite security at night and 24x7 access to security. Very responsible for your packages and shipments in case you are not in the apartment and missed something. Building also has capabilities to let your friends in remotely via telephone access in case you are not there. They also have weekly yoga classes for the tenants. Lived here for nearly a year and a half now and have had a phenomenal experience. The units are in great shape, the maintenance is fairly responsive, and the community is great. In walking distance to all the Nob Hill shops and a short commute to downtown and the Air Force base. There’s occasional security concerns, but they have a security team present during the nights which is helpful
