This is our 3rd home purchase but our first experience with Thomas @ Platinum Inspections and I truly cannot say enough positive things. Here's what we liked about Thomas with Platinum Inspections. He was easy to reach to schedule a home inspection. The infrared inspection was included in his inspection and wasn't an extra charge that we found when comparing prices of other home inspectors. He was on time and worked diligently to inspect a home we were considering buying. He did a very detailed inspection of the attic and took pictures on a very hot day. In fact, the whole house was thoroughly inspected and we feel his work was a great value for what we paid. He explained his findings and also had a easily accessed written online report with pictures for our review. If we ever need another home inspection we'd call Thomas again!

I was pressed for time from my insurance company after hurricane damage and repair. I called Thomas and I was prepared to plead for immediate assistance, and it wasn’t necessary I had an appointment set for the next day without even asking.
