Platform Apartments

I really like living here! The apartments are in a quiet and safe area near University Ave, and there’s always plenty of parking around. It’s super easy to get on the interstate, and the location between St. Paul and Minneapolis is perfect. The apartments are modern with high ceilings that make them feel way bigger than they look. The amenities are comfortable, and the small community makes it feel cozy and friendly. Amanda is awesome—always super friendly and positive! The managers are also really understanding and quick to respond whenever I need something. Definitely a great place to call home.

I love the location, easy street parking, nice gym, and well sound-proofed apartments. Apartment features are cute and updated. The Latch virtual keys are easy to use to get into common spaces and packages are safe in the locked mail lockers. Plus, they have a great dog area. However, I've gotten frustrated with how easily everything seems to break. In the 2 ish years I've lived here I've: had my dishwasher break + need replacement, my toilet water valve break (doubling my water bill for the month), my washing machine need a manual software update by maintenance??, my sink leak, my neighbors door lock break while I was dogsitting, and I've had a mouse in my apartment (which I had to trap and dispose of myself since the pest control's traps were not successful). The staff are extremely helpful! The building is beautiful with amazing amenities! Platform Apartments is THE place to live! I highly recommend, especially if you are a young college student looking for affordable housing, a family with young children, or someone with pets! Platform Apartments makes sure you are comfortable and well taken care of!

I have loved living at platform. The apartments are nice and well maintained and the other residents are friendly and respectful of noise levels. There are many wonderful amenities to use through all four seasons. Management is extremely reliable and efficient. The best experience I have had living in an apartment by far. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to move.
