Planters Station

This neighborhood is perfect ... wonderful place to live, very child friendly. Conveniently located within 10 to 15 minutes of multiple stores, schools, medical facilities and the DMV is 5 minutes from us. The houses are beautiful as well. I highly recommend this area; I have zero complaints.

Just closed on our house and we love the neighborhood. Place is very conveniently located to highway 58 and downtown suffolk. If you want to buy a new property in Suffolk this is the spot. Close to the hospital, any store you want, and multiple schools.

Etheridge Construction has great service, quality homes (IMO) and very responsive with anything you need. The sales team is phenomenal, understanding and knowledgeable.
