Great company, staff is knowledgeable and helpful, maintenance crew is responsive and I highly recommend them. DON'T BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS.. they are no doubt from renters who think the rules and regulations don't apply to them. When it comes to a lease, if you break the rules there are consequences. If you lost your deposit or were charged for damages it's your own fault.

We recently moved out of a rental apartment that we were in for 2 years. Our realtor is withholding all of our deposit and she said the damages exceeded the deposit amount by $550 She did send a list of the charges but she did not send receipts even that we asked her,she said that it cost them 1400 just to paint the apartment professionally done not to mention when we moved it was just painted touch up.long story short after we emailed and we submit all the proof with the pictures we had they waved the 550$ extra charge but still made us lose the deposit when they heard we were going to go to small claim court and when I posted online the pictures asking people about there honest opinions and thoughts Came to realize I wasn’t the only person going through it they do it to every person who
