Plantation Park Apartments

We have been living in Plantation since January 2022, we feel very comfortable with this community. The amenities are majestic and very well maintained. The administration staff deserves special mention. Laci and Michelle have always provided us with help for everything we have needed. They are Amazing! Mercedes from 🇦🇷

I moved to Plantation park for work about 5 months ago. When I first arrived to Lake Jackson, had zero idea about city or apt. around. The plantation park was the best option considering photos in their website. When I came to have a tour, it was exactly the same as photos on the website. Laci (leasing professional at plantation park), was incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and genuinely interested in finding the perfect option for me. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain every detail clearly. After moving in, they’ve been available to assist with any concerns I have. If you’re considering moving here, you’re in great hands with the leasing team.

A great place to call home! This is going on my second month here and I could not be happier. The response and consideration of the staff is amazing...Thank you Laci for making this transition so easy and comfortable!!! She has been a pleasure to work with. I was also pleasantly surprised to find how quiet the grounds are and how safe I feel. I utilize the workout facility and pool almost daily. They are clean, with good rules and policies in place. If you are in search of a new living space, I would highly recommend this complex!!

Plantation Park exceeded my expectations! We move quite often due to my husbands job, and not all apartment complexes are as lovely as they appear online. PP, was exactly like the pictures shown. The move in process went above and beyond anything we had previously experienced & that was due to Laci. She is so helpful, kind, and patient when I asked a million questions. I would recommend this property to anyone who is moving to this area.

I’ve been here for over two years and love living here, it is peaceful, quiet and the staff is great. I plan to stay here for quite some time…i will be renewing my lease for the calendar year 2025 before my current lease is over. Thank you, Darryl
