Plantation Apartments

Property manager is irresponsible when it comes to parking. I could go on and on about this place but just to summerize everything. She obviously has FAVORITES when it comes to her decisions. Whenever I have a visitor for a couple of hours, I get threatened that the car will get towed. When my neighbors have visitors that stays for DAYS to WEEKS (and she notices the car isn't usually here), she walks past it and pretends to not see it. Very frustrating. I recommend to NOT live here. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Not a reflection of the place or company, but the name and phone number listed on Google is incorrect. Just to help anyone else who may be trying to reach them. I was advised to go into the office to get a hold of anyone. They are now The Villas of Richmond Hill & I haven’t been able to find an updated phone number.

The phone number listed on Google is a residential phone number, and it is not the number to reach this company! My review is not a reflection of the establishment, but that it is displaying inaccurate information.
