Living at Plank Rd Estate Apartments was truly a great experience. The property is beautifully maintained — the grounds are always clean, well-kept, and clearly cared for with pride. Donna, the property manager, deserves special recognition. She is incredibly responsive, respectful, and genuinely cares about her residents. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, Donna handled it promptly and with kindness. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that residents feel at home. My wife and I moved here a year ago. By far the best rental we ever lived in. The only reason we are leaving is because of purchasing a house. Otherwise we would have stayed there forever! Great people live there and responsible at that. We highly recommend this property to all friends and family and highly suggest it for anyone looking for a place in Appleton. Donna makes everything so easy she is fantastic! She also makes sure to have clear communication with all tenants on upcoming events, grass cutting, and snow removal! When I moved to Plank Road Estates, I was in a position where I needed the first apartment I could find that would take my 62lb dog. I've had a great experience here, and I receive many compliments on how nice the apartment is. Donna Warner has been fantastic! She goes above and beyond, and it's clear that she genuinely cares about the residents. She was always very sweet to my dog (ALL the dogs, really). I was nervous after having owned my own home for 7 years, but I would choose this place above most others, and that is in large part part because of Donna.

I lived here for 4.5 years and I can't say enough good things about this property and the manager, Donna. The few times I reached out to Donna, she responded in a prompt manner and handled all of my concerns in a timely fashion. Donna remembered my name and personal details even though I didn't have many encounters with her. My only complaint is regarding Donna's husband who, I believe, is the groundskeeper (?). I only ever had one run-in with him, but he seems to have a temper and was quick to yell at me (for something miniscule) even though he had no idea who I was or that I had been a resident at the property for years. If I have to find a place to rent again, I will be looking at Plank Road Estates!

We have recently moved back to Plank Road not only for the location but also for the manager, Donna. The apartments are really well kept and in a great location. Donna goes out of her way to make sure the move in process goes smoothly and continues to follow up. She gets to know her residents which really makes.it feel like home. We are so happy to be living back here. It's one of the few large dog friendly complexes.
