Poor customer service. I've made about a dozen calls and find it near impossible to get answers. Mailed documents are confusing, no chat line, customer support reps put me on hold after every question and do not return with an answer. Every call takes minimum of 30 minutes.

Planet home lending took over my home loan and I have a 203k loan with them. I’ve experienced a horrible experience I feel like planent home had careless actions towards paying my contractor my contractor was paid 19,000 from planent home for supplies for my home to get fixed the contractor ran off with the money never was never legit to begin with and I’m not sure how a bank doesn’t do a thurl background check and doesn’t investigate to make sure a contractors licenses are real he submitted a fake invoice the company my supply was allegedly purchased from doesn’t exist and the company’s phone number was fake.
