Planchek

My father deals with plan chek within our family business and this one time he was the one on the phone with planchek. I could overhear the woman sounding obviously annoyed doing her job, and when he called her again she was even more annoyed. I’m in customer service as well and even if I am annoyed I do not show it, because that wouldn’t be professional. I know she wouldn’t want her father to be treated that way.

They are not very helpful. They did show up the first time so I had to call the install company to reschedule. You have to call them to find out when they are coming. You also have to have the permit number or confirmation number. The company that installed the dryer setup the inspection and did not give a permit number. So a total of 3 calls needed to be made to find out their time window.
