Plainview Apartments

The staff are great. They do their best to fix everything that they are permitted to fix. The rent is not great but not too bad. I am on a fixed income and over 60. But it is an older apartment. The apartment needs a new roof. The exterior doors are hollow and need to be replaced with solid doors. My windows do not have screens and are drafty. But if everything was fixed then the rent would go up and I could not afford to live here. This is an honest review.

Simply the nicest , cleanest apartments in Plainview, grounds are always clean , any issues are resolved very quickly and Jenny in the office is easily the best Manager this property has ever had , always friendly and willing to listen and assist us ,, Highly recommend checking this place out!

Older apartments that experience issues with the age. Communication with property manager Jenny is easy and clear. Maintenance is run about as well as it could be with one person overseeing maintenance. I never experienced any prolonged or dangerous maintenance issue not being repaired quickly. Overall it is a solid property to rent from with a fair market price, just understand the apartments are older. Never felt pressured to sign a lease or sign anything I was not aware of or didn’t understand. This property would greatly benefit from owners investing into updates.

Jenny is terrible, I spent $90 on application fee just for her to deny me & my bf instantly although I don’t have bad credit nor have a bad credit history. I specifically told her to use my application when it came to that since my bfs credit score isn’t great. We were willing to pay 3 months worth of rent ahead because we told her we really needed an apt for school. Of course, she makes the first assumption & decides not to help us at all. She could have done something but she chose not to. I would definitely like to speak to the owner about this.

living here is so nice the area is quiet and neighbors are nice. My unit is nice but most of all Ms. Jenny is the best she is always concerned about her tenants and is a great listener. Maintenance is great always available to fix any problem "GO NIX! I love living here with them
