Ah, I could write a book of this place. I was one of the first tenants in 2019. It’s a great and quiet place to live. I see the bad reviews and I notice it’s from people that have never even lived there, so that’s weird. There’s a waiting list because everyone in Plainview wants in. It’s different and updated. Has a small city vibe. It took me a lot of convincing to leave these apartments, but I moved to a different city!
Very terrible service, they NEVER answer their phones. It took us so many tries to even try to talk to someone about at least getting an application process started. They are so unorganized, they didn’t even have an active manager in charge in the office. The process eventually never happened because of their lack of communication.

There's no way to get a hold of anyone that's stays there like to transfer to a room number why
