The employees at planes Capitol Bank provide the most excellent service I have ever experienced in my life. They are quick accurate, and Noma states are ever made. I would never choose any other bank to put my money into or to take care of me.
I was greeted by "Do you bank here" by unprofessional scruffy looking male in a Jersey. I ask for a Cashiers Checks. It was handed to me so I could put it in the envelope myself. The entire interaction was unpleasant to say the least. Even my spouse was taken aback by his attitude and tone. I will not be visiting this location nor will I be banking with Plains because of fraud charges on my account and not being able to get through to the Fraud Department during the weekend.
Branch on border in weslaco # 17204 Has been the best back I have ever been that treats you with respect and all the staff is very cordious and respectfully and helps me with all my transactions.. I would recommend this branch to everyone and my boss also haves his account with this branch.. just keep doing as always the good job you all do thank you for being my bank.
