Avanti Legacy at Sienna Palms

I Love it here it’s so quiet and I can actually feel peace here.. The Atmosphere is beautiful. It’s a gated area which is a plus for me and I love the people around here everyone is so welcoming and the community is always there for one another. I love the apartment it really makes me feel at home. I love the managers cause they do everything as told and never give me the run around, the manager is so friendly and understanding and respectful in more way than one. I’ve never been so happy to be home til I moved here. I promise you if you move in the view is always breath taking. This place I highly recommend to anyone I’m going on 2 years and I’ve never found a better place than here..

I stopped by to look for an apartment Hilda attentively help me out. They did not have anything available at the time, but I can tell you that she went above and beyond to help me at look other Avanti locations. She was so helpful and polite and caring. It would’ve been my pleasure to have found one there unfortunately they were filled. Thank you, Hilda for your dedication to your work.!!

The Avanti Legacy houses great community and offers peace of mind when choosing to consider as being called home. Staff is super helpful and the apartment compound is top tier. Classy, and warm welcoming. The property is gated and well lit for nightly leisure walks. Less than 10 minutes away from an HEB/Walmart grocery store, and popular fast food restaurants. Local shopping and entertainment all within a quick commute. For more information and all inquiries, ask for Brenda. Brenda Is such a great property manager! She takes care of her residents and truly cares about the success of her property. Her huge heart really shines through her relationship with her residents. Clean property, great sized rooms, updated and affordable living.

After conducting extensive research throughout the state of Texas, I discovered these apartments and continued my investigation. Although I had never visited this region, the more I researched, the more frequently I found myself drawn back to these apartments. I am immensely grateful for my decision. This community offers a tranquil and serene environment for residence, and the staff are exceptionally accommodating. The support and assistance provided by these individuals make a profound difference in the lives of those in need. Our family has a member with disabilities and complex daily challenges, and the management has consistently demonstrated a willingness to accommodate our situation and provide assistance whenever possible.
