Plains Commerce Mortgage

My experience with this bank has been wonderful! Jeremy has been amazing to work with, he is knowledgeable and very helpful! He is the definition of "If there is a will then there is a way!!" Thank you all for making my dream come true, home ownership is awesome!!! Alicia is diligent when it comes to her job, she reports back quickly and pays attention to detail! I enjoyed my experience and would do it all over again!

We considered moving all of our accounts here until I needed to use the Plains Commerce mobile banking app. Your password will just stop working without warning…. The forgot password feature doesn’t work…. It’s awful. You will have to wait until business hours to call get access to your account again. Seems like they follow outdated and no longer recommended security practices like forced password expirations. I tried logging into my account Friday evening and I guess I’m locked out until they open again on Monday. I am so frustrated with this company.
