Placer Village

We’ve been living in this beautiful four-bedroom, two-story apartment for almost four months now, and we absolutely love it! The apartment is spacious and perfect for our family, and the rent of $1677 is very reasonable for the area. Our kids enjoy the large outdoor space where they can play, ride bikes, and scooter around safely. It’s a very family-friendly environment. Another exciting feature is that the pool will open in May, which we’re really looking forward to. The location is also fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to Raley’s supermarket in one direction and an 8-minute walk to the library in the other. I also want to highlight the amazing apartment manager, who has been fantastic! She is always responsive, answers all our questions promptly, and ensures any issues are quickly resolved

Hello! I moved in here about a year ago, and I couldn't be happier. The property manager is incredibly sweet, and the community is filled with kind-hearted neighbors. It's a peaceful place to live, with a very quiet atmosphere that makes it easy to relax. Everything is well organized and structured, which adds to the overall positive experience. I truly feel at home here!

I just stopped by to get an application and I spoke with Cheryl. She was very welcoming and very informative. The apartments look really nice and the outside is kept up very well. I think it would be a great place to live.

I have lived here a few months and I really like it. Its a spacious apartment and its very clean through out the property. Cheryl the manager is so nice and helpful and wants what is best. I love that this place is full of kids, the playground amd the pool keep them all occupied.

I have lived at these apartments for nine years and recently decided to move closer to my partners new job, but let me tell you, if I could take Cheryl (the property Manager) with me, I would. She has been so sweet and caring and makes you a priority. She makes herself available for everyone's needs and works tirelessly to make sure all the residents are cared for. She will be sorely missed. The apartments are great, very spacious, caring property staff and a beautiful location next to the fairgrounds.
