She seemed to always know what I needed before I needed it and was ready to answer all my questions. Often with very little notice showing me homes, she was insightful about what to look for. She was on top of communication with others and myself, always able to tell me what I needed, and help me understand what was needed from me. I've known Brooke since grammar school, so when it came time to buy a house, it was natural for us to reach out to her. She helped us find our dream home, complete with breathtaking views and ample space to build a granny flat for my parents, allowing them to move back to California. Brooke has consistently been professional, dedicated, and readily available. Additionally, she assisted my parents about seven years ago in selling their home in Placerville, before it even officially hit the market. I believe for above asking. Professional and easy . We had to change agents and Brooke came in and took over and was so direct and fast. Before I knew it we had an offer in 10 days! Exceptional service. Brooke worked very hard preparing our home by referring absolutely great contractors and following through on all aspects of making it ready for sale. She and her daughter staged it by removing personal items and arranging furniture to open up rooms and show it in a much more appealing way. We live in Texas so her efforts were invaluable. Communication and follow up continued from listing to closing. The best Realtor we have ever had.
