We love our Pulte Home we got the Medina model very satisfied. Working with Jacob and Mrs Frenchman went amazing. Feel a since of pride bring one of the first originals on the Pulte side we are the OGs lol! Only downfall is parking during the holidays but quite and serene excited for the clubhouse

From the very beginning, both were transparent and communicative, which gave me great peace of mind throughout the process. I also worked with the title and mortgage departments, and they facilitated the mail-away closing seamlessly. Throughout the construction and finalization of the home, I learned a lot and truly appreciated everyone involved in making the journey smooth and stress-free.

Jon was extremely competent, efficient and quick at resolving any questions that myself and my husband had regarding the purchasing process.
