I enjoyed living at the Pinon terrace apartments with my kids. My kids enjoyed the playground and playing in. The apartment space are very big and nice walking in closet. The neighbors are very friendly. When my friends come over to visit they are very impressed of these apartments. We are very grateful that we live in this apartment. Thank you to the owners and staff for the beautiful apartment to live in.

My family and I lived at Pinon Terrace Apartments for two months , and we truly had a wonderful experience there. The community was peaceful, clean, and very family-friendly, which was extremely important to us. We always felt safe and comfortable in our home. Denis and Robert, the owners, were professional, kind, and genuinely caring. They were attentive to residents’ needs and made sure any maintenance or concerns were handled in a timely and respectful manner. It was clear they take pride in their property and care about the families who live there. We are grateful for the time we spent at Pinon Terrace and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to live.

Absolutely horrible place to live I was cleaning my apartment to get it ready for them And the landlord of the apartments Denise came up and started yelling at me cussing at me as well as her worker Maria they said “good luck ever getting another place to live ever again because I will have a say about it” also opening my window and cussing at me again. Very unprofessional very disgusting unpleasant place to live there is dog poop all over the “dog park” the cameras don’t work management is terrible Denise the landlord is awful the owner. I lived there for 7 years from 2017 to 2024. When we first moved in I was at school and my mom said that the owner and one of the neighbors James were saying disgusting comments towards my mom and cat, calling her as she was bending over and lifting boxes to move into this new place My first month there i was 14 years old and had one of my friends over it was about 5pm and we were playing video games and apparently made a little too much noise and we got a knock from my downstairs neighbor his name is james and hes a disgusting old man he threatened me and my friend matt we were both 14 at the time and minors and he threatened that if we keep making noise, he will come up and hurt us and from then on he had cat called my mom and complained and complained there is a swing set there and he c

I am sorry. I am reading these nasty reviews that were left within the last few months and can tell you they are absolutely not true. I have lived here for 8+ years with my husband and have never had any issues with Denise, Robert, James or other tenants. They actually let more than they should have go. The people writing these reviews are upset because they did wrong and got asked to leave. Apartments are being worked on along with the outside of the property to better it for the current and future tenants. The pictures of the “dirtiness” is caused by tenants that don’t clean up from their pets( the ones asked to leave, on top of other issues caused by them) and not picking up their trash.
