Pinnacle Villages

I have been renting at Pinnacle Village for the past 4 years, and my experience has been very positive. The property is well maintained, and any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and professionally. The community is quiet and safe, and the common areas are kept clean. Also Brent Kai is very professional and responsive to any concerns I’ve had. He has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure everything is working in the unit and that any requests is handled in a timely manner.

Great experience at pinnacle. Brent the mgr is awesome and will handle all issues promptly. He is easy to contact and a great communicator. Wish all apt mgrs were as efficient as Brent Kai!

Great apartments, convenient location and proximity to schools and community. Access to Prairie Links Pool. Very easy rent payment and service requests via phone app. Property manager was responsive in a timely manner for any issues that came up.

Brent Kai, property manager, provides outstanding communication and promptly handles maintenance requests. The rental team has provided a superior leasing experience.

Great place to live with friends or family. Friendly neighborhood and great area. Staff and company took great care of units and always helped if needed.
