Dean Werkman (adjuster) denied obvious hail damage to my house from June hail storm this year. All of my neighbors got new roofs, gutters etc. from the storm. Dean informed us there was no hail damage resulting from the storm contrary to what two independent roofing companies who came out and said there was obvious damage from the storm consistent with that of my neighbors roofs. Dean would not return any further calls reference my claim. I would not recommend this insurance company to anyone. Very poor service and communication as noted by other customers who reviewed this company.

The WORST insurance company you can have for your home! All of my neighbors have had their roofs replaced after the June 25th storm except for me! But why? Well according to Bremer Mutual adjuster Dean Werkman my house did not sustain hail damage. I asked Dean Werkman (adjuster) about the visible damage on the vents and all over the gutters his response was “well they still work right”. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

Don’t recommend these clowns for insurance they act like a bunch of know it alls very rude people and they don’t care about invading on you’re privacy at you’re house a guy named jack just climbs on my roof without asking permission while my kid was home sick and now scared with someone climbing on the roof And they always talk about how they used to work at State Farm and dean that guy is the rudest individual try to talk to him and he tells how much better and how he knows more than anybody else

Worst insurer company ever.. they don't cover anything. Staff are all rude and entitled. RUNNNNN find someone else
