I'm guessing based on the other reviews that this truck does belong to this company. He rudely cut me off in a parking lot brushed into my parking space and then defended his actions. It was unsafe and it tells me enough about this business to know that they deserve their poor rating. They do not have an actual phone number nor are they accredited with the BBB.

Can’t even call the number on file to report their drivers swerving in and out of lanes during traffic jams, cutting people off and dangerously speeding. This is the SECOND time i encounter one of their drivers on the highway, i believe it’s the same person too. By the looks of their reviews I doubt they care so anyone looking to use their services good luck and beware of their drivers, specifically the one who uses the 183 around 5/6pm.

If there was a zero stars I would select it. How can we describe them? Lazy, silent, not worth the money paid. They do not respond. Will blame your HOA board rather than provide solutions. I guess they are in it for the easy money. If you are an HOA using them, fire them now.

Wow. A dear friend moved into the property. Nothing but trouble from property manager. I’m completely stunning. He’s thinking about legally cancelling the contract and moving to one of my properties. Wow. Shameful. Patricia? He also didn’t get the 500$ referral fee he was promised!! Wow. Omg. Here are repairs he’s been wanting since he moved in last week: -smoke detector to stop going off -security gate access -explanation of charges -coffee cups for lobby -internet access in lobby -light switches repaired -interval doors fixed -external door to lock -second vehicle parking -light in bathroom -blinds that work -referral fee of 500$ as promised -inform on trash removal -stove to work -ice maker to work -windows to open -kitchen faucet to turn Wow. I’m so shocked he’s getting no response.

Worst Property Management. If your HOA is looking for a property management steer clear. It wouldn't let me select 0 stars so I guess they get one
