We absolutely love living here. Everyone is super friendly and always speaks to each other. What makes it even more enjoyable is Ms Shannon. She treats you as a person and as someone who lives on the property. She’s quick to try and get every issue fix. She’s very understanding and really easy to talk to. As a community having someone who cares is something must places don’t have. We are very lucky to have someone like her.

I’ve been a resident here for almost 2 years now. I went from a 1 bed, 1 bath to a 2 bed, 2 bath at a good rate. Mrs. Shannon has been so supportive of everything & very informative !! She works with me and helps in any way she can. The only issue I have is the parking in front of my building ( bldg 7), but she always addresses the issue when it comes up. Thank you Pinnacle Ridge for being my home 🩷
